🔍 Overview

Iris is a powerful Blender add-on that transforms Blender into a professional 3D presentation tool. Create stunning slide presentations using 3D models, animations, text, and images—then present them live or export them as high-quality renders and PDFs.

⚙️ Installation

1. 📥 Download the Iris add-on folder

2. 🖥️ Open Blender (version 4.5 or later)

3. Navigate to:
   Edit → Preferences → Add-ons

4. ➕ Click Install… and select the Iris folder

5. ✅ Enable: “Iris – Presentation Slides for Blender”

6. 📌 Open sidebar (press N)

7. 👁️ Locate the “Iris” tab

🚀 Quick Start Guide

1️⃣ Create Your First Slide

• Open the Iris panel (N → Iris tab)

• Click “Create First Slide”

• 🎥 A slide is created with its own camera & collection

2️⃣ Add Content

With a slide selected, add:

• 🔤 Text — 3D text objects

• 🖼️ Images — Imported as planes

• 🧱 Shapes — Cubes, spheres, cylinders

📂 Everything is auto-organized in the slide collection.

3️⃣ Create More Slides

• ➕ Click the “+” button

Each slide includes:

• 🎥 Camera

• 📁 Collection

• 🎨 Background

• ⏱️ Duration

4️⃣ Present Your Slides

• ▶️ Click “Start Presentation”

Controls:

• ➡️ Next slide

• ⬅️ Previous slide

• ❌ ESC Exit

⚡ Enable Auto Advance for automatic playback.
